I Attended an event there and the spread they put out and the service they delivered was amazing! Loved all the roasted vegetables and those incredible quail wings were seasoned perfect!
We had dinner there this evening for a late birthday celebration. I ordered the Kansas City strip medium rare. However, the steak came out medium well. The waiter promptly took it back and came back with a perfect medium rare one. The manager also came out to apologize. Not only that, they comped my dinner and our dessert. We go here often for my birthday and Father's day and we will definitely be back.
I took my wife and enjoyed the experience with great food and a great server named Clarice.
They shut down in The Woodlands without informing their employees...no notice none!!! And their GM left 3 weeks ago without a word.. To hell with that coward Jimmy Fitzgerald and his Austin and San Antonio stores.
To the workers: don’t be surprised if, suddenly, Jimmy (the bitch who owns the restaurant) decides to close the place leaving you all jobless. He just did in Houston. Get out while you can.
Forgettabout Any restaurant that you like, if it's not Bob's, forgettaboutit! Always great service, always great food, and great atmosphere!
