In my opinion Bob's is a better steak house then Kirby's.

My wife and I are from Pittsburgh and this was our first stop for dinner while in Dallas. Our dinner was amazing. The lobster bisque was the best we've ever had. We also tried the fried lobster appetizer, also very good. My wife had the wagyu filet mignon and it was literally the best steak either of us ever had, it was just incredible.
