I went to Bob's bike shop today and the people went well above and beyond with their customer service. Dane showed me how to change my tire, patch a hole and fixed my bike rack. it was the best show of customer service that I've ever experienced. I now will go to Bob's instead of driving to Portland to go to Dick's. 😀.
