Home grown, employees that know their stuff and good selection.
I stopped in there to buy some new fishing gear but wasn't sure what I would need. I stood there for almost half an hour while a group of employees was just talking amongst themselves. I figured at some point someone would notice me and ask if I needed any help. another customer that happened by gave me the necessary advice on what to get. I got in my car and drove to cabellas and spent about 700$ on kokanee gear. the next time I'll be going straight to cabellas.
Usually have everything I am looking for and the staff is very helpful.
5 ⭐️ We had the best experience in Bobs today buying a hunting rifle. The knowledge and customer service provided by the guys in that area is unparalleled. I can’t speak highly enough is the experience. They went above and beyond to ensure we purchased the right equipment for our needs, they were extremely knowledgeable and did not try to up sell us. After leaving a local big box sports store it was an amazing difference. For all your outdoor needs and supplies don’t bother going anywhere but Bob’s.
