Zak had done a tow for me on Friday and seemed like a great guy, and he had mentioned his business and towing had been slow this year (even game him a small tip, of cash I had on hand). Getting inconsistent stories from the dispatcher, been waiting 2 1/2 hours after initially speaking with them...
Stopped in with a tire issue and Zac helped us out and got us back on the road asap. Excellent customer service.
