They cut that glass in less then 5 minutes. Excellent service and timing.

Great customer service- only complaint I have is they lack pre-installation instructions. The day before installation, I called to see if we need to take off blinds/curtains etc. During the phone call, I was not informed that my furniture and everything near the windows (mattresses, couches, blankets etc) will be exposed to metal shards if not covered by me. Communication was fast and consistent, and they responded quickly every time I had a question. The work was done efficiently and professionally.
