I pay my payment on time everytime. Get the trash out on time. Dont put it out everyweek but some weeks dont need to. However, they have missed my house before and did it again. The first time I called in the lady was plain rude on the phone. I did not curse, or yell or anything. Just called and said "I was wondering if I missed something, was the service running today?" We have used Bobs for several years. We have been very pleased with our service. Their employees do a good job picking up all our trash. They are very courtiuos and hard working. They come on many holidays and in all kinds of weather. They take all our trash and will even pick up unusual items if you call ahead such as a bed mattress, which is great because what do you do with that! We had a financial meltdown last month. My wife got it okayed with them to pay two months on a bin as soon as we got the check (no later than the 23rd). The check arrived today (19th) but our dumpster is gone. Dont believe everything they say.

I have used Bobs Rural serivces for a couple years now and I have never had a problem with them other than when inclement weather strikes. I dont blame them for that because they look out for the safety of their employees as well as their customers. They are a god fearing, respectable company who provides great service in need. You will not find a better trash company in Johnson county for the money and primarily for their hospitality. Thanks for a great 2 years of service and many more to come. I have been using Bobs for 2 yrs and never any trouble except 2008 when we had no pickup for 3 weeks due to Christmas and New Years, but still paid same amount. I got a letter today saying my check was returned for insufficient funds, which I knew was not possible. The statement Bobs sent even said their bank could not locate my account. I was told by my bank they never received this check, which I knew was true as it wasnt showing on my statement. I love Bobs Rual Garbage!! they are great there have been a few times that they did not pick up because of weather that i should not have had to pay for but i did. But they have always been nice the guys that pick up the garbage so really nice. They have always worked with me when i am low on money. I had All-U-Need before them and they sucked! They did not pick up my trash for 2 months and expected me to pay for it and I refused and told them to go to the devil. Bobs is the best!

Garbage Service This service provider has more strict regulations then some. I got "tagged with don't do's" the first three times the trash was picked up. Price was in the middle of three that I priced. I changed to another service and have not been tagged.
