A Good Business to Work With We have had other garbage pick-up service and they would forget us and it would still be out there. so we would have to bring it back in. This company is so different and they are reasonable. They come at the same time every week and they are neat and don't leave trash around. Dependable and Good price We switch to Bob's after our bill with the other company went up every time we got a bill and their workers went on strike. Now we get the same bill every time and they have never missed picking up our trash. Give them a try you will not regret it and you'll wonder why you didn't switch a long time ago.

Garbage Service This service provider has more strict regulations then some. I got "tagged with don't do's" the first three times the trash was picked up. Price was in the middle of three that I priced. I changed to another service and have not been tagged.

Good Dependable Company We started using Bob's when the other garbage company kept going up. When I signed up the woman I spoke with was very friendly, and appreciative. They have never let us down..always the same time, the same day. Now the entire hill is using them. So much for large national companies.

On Multiple occasions we had our garbage set out either the night before pickup or at 6:30 AM and they did not pick it up. When we call to let them know, the Owner Tammie accuses us of being dishonest after making excuses for her driver and refuses to provide the service they are paid for! This is extremely unprofessional and unethical!! I have been using Bob's Rural Garbage for about 5 years. They always do a great job in all kinds of weather from 100+ degrees to freezing! Great Job! R.D. Elliott

Poor service. They would not always empty dumpster completely, would just remove a couple bags from the top and leave rest until I would call and complain. Also hit our pipe fence with dumpster a couple times and messed it up and didnt apologize or compensate. Picked up dumpster without notification (no call or letter). There are other garbage services available, look into them and avoid Bobs.

I used this service for just a few months. They didn t come one week at all, I had to call and tell them they didn t pick up. They have trouble with drivers being sick etc. I put out my trash and after they pick up they will not pick up anything else if you forgot to set out something even though they pass right by your house again. I called and asked why and I was told they do not have to but once in awhile it s nice to know they would go out of their way a tiny bit to keep you happy. Very poor office service. Never got billing correct even though they were told several times. They made no effort to follow up. Gave me the wrong information on the phone. Then picked up dumpster without notice. Very disappointing and badly run. It is priced very high for this type of service.
