Bob took good care of a used motorhome I purchased that needed alot of attention. Bob's mechanics did a Great job getting everything up to par. I was very happy with their work and installing a tow bar and Insta-Brake on my tow vehicle.
Just read July 5th's comment. Enough said..... Same happened to me, and when I called Bob out on it, I ended up being threatened by some hag. If you don't mind verbal abuse from people you pay to do work for you, then this shamble of a business may be for you.....
Bob’s “Performance”? Well, let me tell you about Bob’s Performance. This is not a mechanic shop, it is a parts-changing shop run by a con-man that preys on people who may not understand how their machines work. (To be clear: mechanics diagnose problems, parts-changers just keep putting in new parts until the problem goes away.) Bob's worked on our 7.3 diesel pickup.they were great,efficient and honest! We will definitely come back and we appreciate all their help.
We needed new brake job on our RV in order to continue our trip. Bob was very helpful at getting us on the road again. We were out the same day. The staff including Jerry the mechanic was top notch. I would highly recommend Bob's Performance Center. And the ABS light went out a few miles down the road just like you said Bob!
Having moved to Gardnerville last August and I needed a repair to my T-Bucket and Bob was able to take care of getting the specialty part I needed. Being new here, by coincidence Bob is also my backyard neighbor! This past Monday I took my Honda CR-V for service and was pleased with the work. I highly recommend Bob to anyone needing service on any of your vehicles. I will now be a regular satisfied customer! Thank you, Bob!
