DON'T GO TO LOWE'S TO GET A KEY FOR YOUR CHEVY!! This place was great! The only thing I can thank Lowe's for was they recommended a locksmith and I looked them up on maps. 10 minutes from where I was so skip it let's give them a try. 2 keys made and programmed within 10 minutes, hell it was probably less than that. I got 2 keys for what Lowe's was going to charge me for 1. Lowe's told me $40-$70 for a key to a 2009 Silverado. I will take all my vehicle key needs to Bob's.
Bob's made several keys for us, all worked perfectly. Easy to work with but they didn't have key blanks for a couple of other keys we need and even though I have the blanks needed, it's their policy that they won't use customer supplied blanks.
Fantastic service. I needed 2 new key fob's and the price was fantastic, the customer service was excellent. Highly recommend
We needed to have a couple of keys made. We went to the shop and the service was great and fast. I would highly recommend Bob's Master Safe & Lock.
Friendly staff. They ordered my fob and I couldn't get it right away. They held it for me till I could get it. They cut the key and programmed it. Everything was top notch. The price was competitive and service was great! Kudos!
