Bob's made several keys for us, all worked perfectly. Easy to work with but they didn't have key blanks for a couple of other keys we need and even though I have the blanks needed, it's their policy that they won't use customer supplied blanks.

Took my daughters 2012 Ford Edge to get a new key fob. They were the only place to have the key fob in stock. Their price was $15 more than others, but I did not have to wait 5-7 days to get the key fob. While it was programming, the window was rolled down a little in case it didn't program correctly and the doors locked. The window didn't go up as it should have. Friendly staff. They ordered my fob and I couldn't get it right away. They held it for me till I could get it. They cut the key and programmed it. Everything was top notch. The price was competitive and service was great! Kudos!
