Took my daughters 2012 Ford Edge to get a new key fob. They were the only place to have the key fob in stock. Their price was $15 more than others, but I did not have to wait 5-7 days to get the key fob. While it was programming, the window was rolled down a little in case it didn't program correctly and the doors locked. The window didn't go up as it should have. Chris, Thomas and Leanna were very friendly and knowledgeable and helped me with new keys and a remote for my F350. Even after Car Keys Express couldn't get the key code or successfully pick it, they got the correct key code, programmed the keys and remote in less than an hour. Was happy with the price and service. Highly recommend.
Nate and Chris did an awesome job of getting me two programmed key fobs for my vehicle. My old fob the buttons were messed up on and they were the most reasonable in town and had it done in no time flat. I was skeptical that anyone would be able to do it correctly, but they got both fobs programmed and working the ignition and all door locks. Allgood to go. Greg
I found out about Bob's safe and lock by a family member and I must say she wasn't wrong. I have a Honda CR-V and had a key made by another company but it had stopped working. When I went into Bob's I was helped by Chris Catt and he is an amazing and humorous man. He was so kind and helped me far above and beyond what he needed to do. If you ever need help with a key fob or anything I would recommend calling Bob's and I hope you get Chris also because his customer service is far beyond what you would get any where else.
Friendly staff. They ordered my fob and I couldn't get it right away. They held it for me till I could get it. They cut the key and programmed it. Everything was top notch. The price was competitive and service was great! Kudos!
