They forgot my oil cap. Car spilled oil and smoked up only to check my hood and see that they guys had forgotten to screw my oil cap back on. Thanks.

Wow! I had my oil changed at Bob’s Lube & Oil on Sunday morning!! What a fantastic experience. So, I usually go to a mom and pop maintenance shop to get my car serviced. But, they don’t operate on the the weekends. So, this past weekend I was forced to look for service somewhere else.. That had me very worried. I have been taking my Honda to Bob’s for years. I had always appreciated the service and the fact that they had never tried to take advantage of me because I am a young woman. This changed today.
