Bob's Jewel Shop has been completely amazing throughout my buying experience. Their sales staff was so supportive and helpful when searching for the perfect gift for my Dad. Not only did they offer help in store, they also gave me a call back when they found the exact pendant I was looking for.
The staff there made my ring buying process 10x easier. Very knowledgeable and a good selection to choose from. Will definitely go back for any future jewelry needs!
Bob's is wonderful! We always have such a wonderful experience. We used Bobs for all of our wedding needs, from our wedding rings to watches for our maid of honor and best man. They have excellent staff and even better products. We will continue to use bobs for all of our jewelry needs!!
So I go into Bob's to get a watch, give 20% down on Friday, on Saturday I ask for a refund and its store policy that they only give in store credit. I think that this should have been explained when I opened an account with them. Never again will I shop at Bob's
Thanks to Greg who helped me design the perfect engagement ring, and paired my wife and I up with our wedding rings as well. Some great folks at Bob's, highly recommend!
