Bob’s Heating And Air does not normally service my home. We had the coldest temperatures in a while this past weekend with wind chills in the negative. My furnace quit working Saturday night and my normal HVAC company didn’t answer the phone and a neighbor gave me their number. I called and Shawn answered the phone. Bob’s is the best! Called them this morning and Josh arrived the same day and within 30 minutes had our heat back up and running. If you need HVAC help- call them and ask for Josh McKnight. He is so knowledgeable, efficient and affordable. He even showed us what was wrong so we could maintain our system more efficiently. I won’t use anyone else from now on.
We've been using Bob' Heating and Air exclusively for the past 5 years for a variety of HVAC needs. Recently, we wanted a mini-split installed in our master bedroom in order to cool that room down to 66 degrees in the evening without having to cool the entire main floor to the same temperature. Bob’s is our new go-to — such an amazing experience with them! We recently had some issues with our AC all of the sudden, and the first couple of companies that came out looked it over quickly and told us we needed a new system (despite ours not being very old!).
