Amazing customer service! Tod came out right away measured and got me scheduled! My garage door and opener were installed with in 2 days for my inquiry! Tod didn’t sell me a garage door and a opener he sold me the benefits and advantages of the products that would fit my needs! We have many options as consumers. my “why buy” from Tod and his team was biased on customer service, this should also be the reason why you buy from Tod and his team!
Our garage door has acted up a couple of times. Bobs Garage Doors was able to get servicemen over to assess and fix our problems quickly and efficiently. Thank you for your great service!
Absolutely awesome staff and company. We had a damaged door track and went in to get a replacement. They sold us one at a great price and even cut it to size. When i got home i realized i had given them the wrong size, went back the next day to buy a second one at the right size, they took the old one back and gave us the new one at no cost!!!! I would highly recommend their service!!!
Very pleased with new garage door. Tod is excellent to deal with very professional and fast service, answered emails immediately very fast ordering and installation.
Just had Todd and his guys install my garage door. It was a simple transaction. Other companies I called wouldn't give me a quote over the phone. Wanted to make an appointment. (Who has time for that) Todd quoted me over the phone gave me a date and BAM! it was complete along with a quality job. Even hooked up my opener which I would have done myself. Thank You! I have used them in the past for repairs and they have been great.
