When I went to Bob’s garage to get my car fixed I knew that the gas gauge on my dash wasn’t working properly. They took a look at it and it was a relatively simple fix. The other place I brought it to wanted to give me a whole new gas system. Was a great relief to hear my bill was less than a hundred dollars compared to several hundred at the other place.
I not only appreciated the job done on my car but when I picked it up I realized they fixed my break light...FOR FREE! I immediately checked my receipt to see if they charged me, they didn't. It's not every day you come across a person with this much kindness let alone a car maintenance business.
My family and I have been coming here for years now and they have probably worked on all of vehicles we've owned one time or another. But we go to them because we are really appreciative for all the great work they do, and because we've been coming here for so long they really personalize our visit which makes us feel more like a friend than another customer.
I only go here because I know I will receive the best services, and it's greatly appreciated that even when we call on their busiest day they always manage to get us in without a hassle.
Bob's really showed me a honest business that they stand behind. So much integrity in their work and I can trust that these guys won't lie to me.
I just went to Bob s Garage recently because I needed an oil change and my car was making some weird noises. Thank goodness it turned out to be nothing. I really appreciated the fact that Larry broke down the problem in non-technical terms. Prices for the services are much more reasonable than other shops.I plan to be a regular customer because of how generous and understanding they are.
