Let me begin by saying, This establishment has some great food. My disappoint is with the customer service. On four occasions we drove across town to support the business only to find one of the following: they are closed during the time they post advertised hours; they are open(getting ready to close because they didn't prepare enough food) or won't answer the phone, which will avoid a customer's wasted trip. I would love to patronized, but would love to have something to purchase when I get there.
The food is absolutely amazing if there was a button for 10 stars I would put 10 stars I recommend Bob’s famous barbecue to anyone who wants some delicious barbecue. Hands down the best barbecue in Jacksonville Florida.........

The chicken lacked seasoning & extra sauce like I requested & I only wanted dark meat not both & I was missing the mac&cheese instead I had an extra potato salad
