Do NOT waste your money on this business!!! They DO NOT even put a dent in your issue with the pests that you're dealing with. Then I called my landlord to let them know that they got robbed, so they re-contacted Bob's to come back and do it again... And the same thing!!! I walk into my apartment and I'm greeted by roaches!!! It's crazy to think after all I did to make sure this issue would get solved and now twice, mind you in about 2 weeks that NOTHING has been accomplished. Not to mention they're RUDE on the phone... Customer service is horrible and rude . They will charge you full amount and only spend. 10-15min spraying the entire room not worth it . For business and owners , Please take your business somewhere else .

I called this place because it was a local smaller business and I wanted to give my business to a small town business and they came out the gentleman was very nice he sprayed the inside and the outside of my house he told me I have 30 days and they would come back if I seen any more ants I did see more ants so I called they came out and did a respray on the outside of the house I wasn't home so I wasn't able to let them in to do the inside a week later I found even more ants in the back part of my house in my bathroom and my... read more
