Bob's Clam Hut was established in 1956 and since then. has been delighting its customers with delicious sea food. Clams, shrimps, calamari, oysters, tuna and other varieties of fresh seafood are jam packed with flavors whether in a roll or on a bun the food tastes heavenly. They have an extensive menu but they are very popular for their Bob's fried clams and the Lillian fried clams. A must visit if taking the US Route 1.

Best. Clams. Ever. ...big, sweet, and fried to crispy perfection!! Drove up from central MA today to get our Bob's fix - clam strips basket, cup of chowdah, and a side of onion rings. Try the spicy tartar with your onion rings. Yum!
We are from Va. and try to stop here on our way to Bar Harbor. Stopped this past Friday, and as usual the place was jumping and the fried shrimp basket we both got was absolutely delicious! The seafood was so fresh and cooked to perfection!
You wont leave hungry.. absolutely loved our meal.
We have driven by quite a bit, but never stopped as the place is always packed. Well, at 11:30am on a Weds we stopped! Very fast and friendly service. Wife and I split a big seafood plate and everything was excellent! Well worth the stop!
The food is great! I try to eat here at least a couple of times, every time I come up here, which is usually at least once a year. Unfortunately, I missed out last year.�
Fish chowder was delicious! Wife loved the fried oysters. We stop there every time we're in Maine... Great place!
We made our first stop at Bobs after we got of the plane to have our first lobster roll of the trip and after a week we decided it was the best.
