Bob's Clam Hut was established in 1956 and since then. has been delighting its customers with delicious sea food. Clams, shrimps, calamari, oysters, tuna and other varieties of fresh seafood are jam packed with flavors whether in a roll or on a bun the food tastes heavenly. They have an extensive menu but they are very popular for their Bob's fried clams and the Lillian fried clams. A must visit if taking the US Route 1.

Loved everything about it except the clam chowder. Very milky and thin. The homemade tartar sauce is great. And all the fried stuff was spectacular and we will be back for more.
Our Haddock and Scallops were great, but the clams, meh 🤔not great!!!!
Bob's Clam Hut just does clams right. Their whole belly clams are always amazing! This time around, I tried the special, clam tacos. They were excellent, and I hope they find a permanent place on the menu. Corn tortilla, slaw, pickled onions, spicy tartar sauce, and then those perfect clams. Delicious!
Thumbs up to the smaller, locally caught shrimp battered up and served half and half with Lillian's style clams.
My fiance and I went to Bob's and had the best server. Her name was Renee and she went above and beyond to do anything she could to allow us to have the best visit possible. I tried to tip her and she did not want it just for us to come back and have a great time. ( I still tipped of course). We can not wait to go back and have amazing food and great service!!
Traveling from California & heard of Bob's Clam House 4 months ago. I had actually called in June to see if they were open in fall.. come to find Bob's is open year round. Had been craving fried clams & lobster rolls for months😊 Well my craving was well satisfied & worth the wait. The apple cider topped it all off. Love New England seafood, charm, character & great food. Thanks Bob's Clam Hut. You guys rock👍🏼
