Bob's Clam Hut was established in 1956 and since then. has been delighting its customers with delicious sea food. Clams, shrimps, calamari, oysters, tuna and other varieties of fresh seafood are jam packed with flavors whether in a roll or on a bun the food tastes heavenly. They have an extensive menu but they are very popular for their Bob's fried clams and the Lillian fried clams. A must visit if taking the US Route 1.

Good food. Clean pleasant atmosphere. We go to Bobs whenever we are in Kittery.
I was a chef for 20 years. Fried food is all about the prep, clean grease and speed to the costumer. This legendary roadside place has it all.
A stop at Bob’s is always added to our trips to Northern Maine. They never disappoint!

Everything it was amazing food
Bob’s has always been one of my favorites for fried seafood. Today they exceeded my expectations. My family met up for lunch for my birthday and all the employees were extremely friendly and accommodating even on such a hot and busy day. In specific, Cassie noticed it was my birthday, asked what my favorite color was and shortly after arrived back at our table with a Bob’s t-shirt. Haddock, shrimp and scallops amazing 😉. Service is excellent! Will be returning for sure..And love the help yourself pickles..So good.
