Run, don't walk away from BOB's Carpet Mart in Sarasota! This experience has been a nightmare from the beginning five weeks ago! Measurements were wrong, carpet didn't show up on the truck, even though it's "in stock," installers do not show up on time, people in the office are rude and hang up on you, and they have no idea what is happening with the installers, as the installers are sub-contractors, and finally different crew of installers came in, looked around and left with no word to me! LOVE LOVE LOVE my new hardwood floor from Bobs! It is the most beautiful oak I have ever seen. My husband said no way to new wood floors because of the price and I dragged him into Bobs after my girlfriend said she got an entire house of new wood floors for a low price from Bobs. Let's just say I got my new wood floor and my husband is happy about the price we paid, including installation. The people who work in this store were so easy to work with, even when my husband was sleeping in a chair in the showroom.
