Our dishwasher water line developed a a very fine water leak that over tine ruined 2 of our custom kitchen cabinets. We called Bob's, and even though they were super busy, he made time to come over and check our cabinets, and removed them for us and took measurements, etc and began the work. We live out of state, and have a management company for our house that does resort rentals for us, and they worked with them and in no time had our cabinets fully custome built, and back in place and looked completely original!!! Bob's Cabinets did an outstanding job on our kitchen cabinet drawers that we added, and the cabinets we added to our laundry room and our bathroom. We appreciate their great work.

We had a flood at our house. We called Bobs for new kitchen, bath and laundry room cabinets. We received a bid that also included a bar (verbal). I gave approval and gave a &10,000 deposit. I was told to come in to pick stained color. When we arrived we were told the new price was over $11,000 more for the bar. This was after going to a cheaper wood. We canceled the bar. Contacted about building custom cabinets in a travel trailer, no call back for 6 days. When called back, "You didn't get a call back because we don't install in travel trailers." Poor customer service. If you build custom cabinets, then build CUSTOM cabinets. I guess my cabinet job isn't worth the money I was prepared to pay.
