Server took 10 minutes to bring drinks after taking drink order then another 15 minutes to take food order. Offered more coffee on one of her 3 second stops at our table but never brought it. Food was cold. Only 2 tables in our section maybe 8 in whole restaurant

would not reccommend this big boy to anyone visiting Tawas. Our waitress gave poor service and then messed up the bills. somehow the bill she handed me was correct, but when scanned and my card swiped it was $20 more. They claimed they voided it and then swiped my card for the correct amount. Both transactions came off my card. After calling to complain they jist said "they'd look into it". I'm still out $50. Poor service is one thing, messing with my money is another.
