I've been out of bicycles for about 10 years. I recently purchased a used bike because I'm poor and took it to Bob's to have it gone through. They were super friendly did a great job came in exactly on budget and my bike looks brand new couldn't be happier will always go back.

Dang!!! These guys were awesome!! They did not sell me more bike that what I'm ready for. I'm a total novice and they were helpful and we will absolutely be coming back for our kids bikes and upgrades!

I have never owned a decent bike until recently. A friend recommended you, and I am so glad he did. My bike is riding so smooth and quietly. It is clear customer service is a priority, three employees checked on us in the 15 minutes we were in the store. Thank you for a great experience!
Great shop. Jon went out of his way to measure every critical point of the bike so I could compare my needs based off my fit kit numbers. He then made the appropriate adjustments to the new bike and swapped out the stem for the correct length. Vern and Dave also went out of their way to help me as well.
