Just bought the prettiest bike in the valley from them!
I recently purchased a bicycle at another shop in Boise, only to have that shop close and then my bicycle broke and needed warranty repair. Dave at Bob's gladly accepted the work, fought with the manufacturer to get the needed parts under warranty, and then have everything done in less than 2 weeks. That was great service and won my future business.
Just bought my 7 year old a new bike from Bob’s on Fairview. They claimed to have checked it over before sending us home but when we got home it had flat tires and a loose seat. I’ve always bought bikes from bike shops in the Midwest and they bend over backwards to ensure your new bike was set up properly when you leave. The positive is that my daughter loves the bike and the price was right. Salespeople seemed to be more worried about missing a sale on higher end adult bikes than to make sure we left with a road ready bike.
I always receive great service. A locally owned business that treats their customers right and always does right by them.
I went into Bob's, they were super busy and they still made time for everyone. Excellent sevrvice. Great experience.
Great customer service, knowledgeable, friendly. I needed some bearings for my rear wheel but I didn't know what size. They put an assortment of several in a plastic bag for me, no charge. How nice! I fixed my rear hub and it rides great.
This is our second time purchasing at Bob’s. We came back for their exceptional service and selection! We purchased a couple bikes for our kids his time and Vern was very patient and kind to work with. I definitely recommend Bob’s for all your bike needs and I am glad to support a local family owned, thriving business!

Went in looking for a new full suspension mtb. The sales staff was friendly and knowledgeable. They talked me through a few different options before settling on a couple to test ride in the parking lot.
