Went in to buy a newer used car, at first the salesmen were nice and helpful and didnt hound me. Found a car I liked so I bought it with cash and, the tags were expired and while talking to the manager we agreed if it failed i could get my money back (should have got it in writing). I took it to deq to have it tested and it failed. Went back to the dealer and he denied everything.
