I needed to have my car repaired locally and as someone who hasn't lived in this area for a really long time, I got on Facebook and asked my friends "I need to take my car to the shop, who would you guys recommend that is honest and good?" Fidel and Kelli are as honest and trustworthy as you could ever want; they will go out of their way to ensure their customers are satisfied, often spending extra time to provide guidance and advice, whether it brings them business or not. They are honest and genuine. They dont tell you to repair or replace whatever is not needed. I went to Acura dealer 2 days ago and got about $875 quote for AC fix. I paid about $35 with taxes just to diagnose and get quotation. I went to Bob's Auto Repair today for a quote. They completed the job and came up with a invoice of $69.64. Now my a/c is blowing cold air. I am glad I chose Bob's auto repair today and saved about $800.

Great service, great price! This is a quality operation. I was treated like a friend from the second I walked into Bob's. Fidel took his time with me and explained everything thoroughly. He was able to do everything that I needed done for much less than the dealership had quoted me. It was a great experience and I will definitely recommend Bob's to others.

I recently had my radiator & two hoses replaced at Bob's Auto Repair. I experienced the nicest treatment I have ever gotten from an auto repair business! Not only were they nice, but they are honest. I was quoted a great price with a 12 month warranty on everything they replaced. The labor rates are the best I have seen in Zephyrhills, Wesley Chapel & Lakeland! What they say are their specialities is really true. They are very friendly and have great customer service, answering any questions you might have. Their rates are very reasonable. They replaced my timing belt for much less than any of the quotes I got from other mechanics. They are also honest about what actually needs to be fixed on the car (versus other mechanics who give you a long list of little things to be fixed just to make more money).
