Tonight I am very thankful for Shawn at Bob's Auto Body & Towing. I had a tire blowout about 20 miles from home, and he did a great job at helping us with our dilemma. Shawn was timely, friendly and upbeat, (even at such a late hour) and professional. When we said that he could just drop the car off in the road and that we'd worry about getting it into our not so user friendly driveway, he asked us where ideally we wanted it, and put it exactly there. Tonight I am so very thankful for Shawn and Bob's Towing service! We hit a deer 72 miles ( approximately) and he did a wonderful job of taking care of me and my daughters. He made us feel comfortable and calmed us with laughter which was the best!! I had a terrible day yesterday when a car hit my parked car k the front of my house, after spending g the whole day of the phone with the insurance company back and forth no them sending the wrong kind of tow truck after waiting all day, I finally had the service of Bob's auto and Towing service come and tow my car. Excellent service from an outstanding driver tonight. He had 2 calls at once so we were going to have to wait. I was in a disabled vehicle with 2 children, 10 pm and negative temps. He called me back and told me he was coming to pick me up and take me to a nearby diner so we could stay warm while waiting. He finished his first call, went to get my car and then came to pick us up and drive us home. Super guy, a real professional and caring human being. Very grateful. (and reasonable prices by Bob's too!)
