My cars alternator went out in Frandor as I was hopping on the highway. It was blistering hot too. Cheryl answered my call & sent Brian out. Cheryl was awesome & took care everything perfectly on her end while he was there unbelievably quick taking care of my car. He had the AC blasting - thank goodness. Super friendly & professional folks.
Shout out to frank! with bob's autobody i was stuck on the side of the road with four kids and he was gracious enough to get out to me quickly and over to the tire shop before it closed. Thank you FRANK!
Bob's to the rescue today! Polite, professional, proficient .. I could go on and on, but "perfect" sums it up nicely. I called in to use the roadside assist on my Verizon account and was initially concerned that a service was called in from another town, but they were on top of the game! Highly recommended service!
