Serviceman Bob came out to repair my gas overnight igniter and was prompt, courteous and provided great customer service that all started with a call to advise of his arrival the morning of. Very affordable and great local company. Will definitely be referring and using Bobs Appliance repairs for all my future needs.
Needed a washer and dryer repair. Tech arrives with an attitude insisting he called me. He misdialed. He was passive aggressive about my repairs, trying to tell me sometimes washers just don’t spin in the middle of the cycle? I’ve used this washer for years, I know when something is not working as usual. My dryer of course worked this morning during his visit even tho it was not working all week. I used bobs and can only say good things about him. The technician was on time and knew what he was doing. I would certainly recommend to anyone. Good prices also. Had my oven up and working within 20 minutes.
