The young man with the beard took my money to fix a dryer and has not returned to complete. He also will not return my phone calls. Zero stars.

They came to my house for a problem with a washing machine. It was only the hose which we already had an extra one. They were there a total of 10 minutes, but charged me $82.00. I have been using him for years and asked why this house call was so expensive? He said because that is what we charge now to come out.
