Super friendly, accommodating, and trustworthy. Communication was excellent, everything explained clearly and honestly. Fair pricing with great value. I felt completely comfortable and confident leaving my car in their hands. Highly recommend for reliable service and genuine customer care.
Always well welcomed , total respect of customer (even women are respected) always got my car serviced there. Totally trusted mechanics. Reasonable prices, super clear communication. I wish all mechanics were as trustworthy ! (Check the original paintings in the office)
Friendly and helpful staff. They were very busy but fit me in very quickly for a small job as I was in Coffs Harbour on a short holiday. They took time to explain a few different things while doing the work. They assumed what they did wasn't a fix for my issue and it would be a bigger job so let me go free of charge, very happy to say they actually did fix the issue. Very pleasant experience and would be happy to take my car back if i ever needed anything else.
Bob was brilliant - able to do my urgent job within 24 hrs in a town with a massive shortage of car mechanics and auto electricians. Very thorough checking of symptoms on both rear wheels and provided very clear feedback. Highly recommend.
