Bob was so helpful and aggressive with getting our home ready to sell. Bob advised us carefully on our listing price which allowed us to get our home sold prior to our new build being finished. On the day of our closing, our neighbors who listed their home close to our listing date and for a higher listing price were still looking for a buyer. We were so relieved we followed Bob’s advice.
Bob is an expert in the business, which means he has the strategies to win the deal. He knows when to talk and negotiate, but also when NOT to. He can tell you the important information that you need to know and can make you laugh when you need it most. I recommend Bob to anyone who wants the best home buying or selling experience!
First and foremost, Bob is a terrific realtor and has assisted us on three real estate transactions. On our most recent transaction in 2021 Bob helped us sell and purchase and on both he negotiated very good results and his strategies to win the day were impressive. Simple review: Bob is the best realtor out there and you will not find better! He will work hard for you and cares. The stuff he advertises helping with is just the beginning.
