On our very first meeting with Bob, he came very prepared with all the information about selling our home. It was very detailed and gave us the tools to start to prepare our home for sale. Bob was so helpful and aggressive with getting our home ready to sell. Bob advised us carefully on our listing price which allowed us to get our home sold prior to our new build being finished. On the day of our closing, our neighbors who listed their home close to our listing date and for a higher listing price were still looking for a buyer. We were so relieved we followed Bob’s advice.
