This is the best golf store I have ever been in!! I had the best customer service ever. All of the guys in there are great. I bought a set of clubs and kept them about a week. They had told me if I didn't like them I could bring them back! So I did!! They gave me a store credit for 100% of what I gave for the clubs. I got another set. Those didn't work for me either. Went to their store this morning to buy a new set of Clubs, Golf Bag, and Range Finder. Was the only customer in the store. Walked around for about 10 minutes, listening to two guys at the counter yakking about places they've played and different courses. Not One person asked me if they could help me!!! I finally had enough and walked out. They obviously don't need my money. Will not go back to that store!!!
Golf Mart is a great store, I've never had any problems what so ever in there! They are extremely helpful and are very easy to talk to. They even let me bring a driver in that I had just re-shafted so I could use the launch monitor. Dan is super helpful and they have a huge club selection both new and used. Best selection of hats around too!
Just walked in with $600 to buy a new driver. 3 staff members behind the counter, and no customers in the store. As in walk in, the staff glanced at me, then all at once, they exit the room to leave me completely alone in the store. I stood around waiting for help, yet no one to be found. I’ll GLADLY go a mile down the road and buy the same driver from The Golf Outlet and their friendly, helpful staff.
