I had two problems with my clubs in 16 years and both times Joe Hernandez and James Bond have gone to bat for me with the corporate guys. Twice , victorious in my favor, not to say Taylor Made wasn’t going to make it good. Both the guys at Edwin Watts and Taylor Made went beyond what I expected. Thanks again Joe! JD Beltran

Customer Service was AWFUL! Walked in planning to get fitted and spend $1000 on a set of clubs but the service I was given, was so horrible that I left. No one seem to have time to help 1 of 3 customers that was in the store, yes only 3 people. Then they tried to sell me a used set that was beat to HELL for 200 less than New Ones. Have always liked Edwin Watts maybe its Golf Galaxy thats causing the issue or maybe they just don't care. Wish I could give Zero Stars extremely disappointed
Knowledgeable staff that are always friendly and ready to help. Have had grips done as well, top notch work.
