Had an issue with a Bobcat side by side and called on Easter Monday and had a tech out the next day. Unbelievably fast for what I would’ve expected. Sam G. was knowledgeable and took the time to explain the issues. He was able to fix a small issue and I’m currently waiting on a quote from Oaken for the other issue. Excellent service from the dispatch to onsite. Well done Oaken and I look forward to seeing the quote.
