This review is limited to their service department. Sadly, I think they are dishonest and untrustworthy. I sent them my 873 for repair since I could no longer do it myself due to age and disability. When they first examined it they gave me a quick verbal quote of about $1200, but I expected this to grow since I owned an automotive shop for the better part of 40 years.
