If you want a dealer to work with you and for you, Bobcat of Lansing is the place to go. We had a telehandler problem that was very difficult to solve and cost us a lot on parts and repair. Dean and Todd worked hard with Bobcat and Bobcat listened. Bobcat reimbursed almost half of the bill. Thanks Dean and Todd. You get 5 stars from Koutz Dairy. :)
