want to give a shout out to the staff of Bobcat of Lansing. not once, but twice Bobcat of Lansing came through to help me out of a pinch through their rental business of both a zero turn mower and a skid steer when needed it most!! they stepped up made sure I got what I needed and will definitely recommend Bobcat of Lansing to anyone that is in need of their type of products/services!

Great service! Very pleased with everyone attitudes and willingness to help. Mark, the service manager is one of the best I have worked with; he is honest and treats the equipment as his own. He did a great job of fixing what had to be done, and then presented other, less expensive options on thing that did not need "top of the line" parts. What topped it off is when they accidently cracked my windshield. Completely replaced it and apologized, took full responsibility and wanted to make it right. In today’s world it’s hard to find people willing to go above and beyond. Bobcat of Lansing did just that. We blew a hydraulic hose, and they had no hesitation in getting us in with 45 minutes of closing time. We are now back and ready to finish plowing. Plus they gave us some tips and every person we came in contact with was kind and courteous. We will be back for all our plow needs and future purchases! Thank you all!
