Unfortunately, my experience was lackluster two of three times renting from here. First, the trencher we rented clearly had not been serviced because the chain fell off multiple times causing us to call the after hours line to get it serviced. This downtime cost me significant time and money. Fast forward to likely my final rental with this company is when I rented a seeder and soil conditioner. I paid for my rental the day before I received it. 1 month later they send me a bill for the full rental. I called office and she looked up my account and said yes it was paid for. No apologies or anything. Now we are on month 3, and I received another bill, that said Past Due. Are you kidding! I called, and they said it was for the gas to fill it. Really 3 months later. Ridiculous!!! Will never rent from them again.

I get better customer service over the phone in Fort Wayne than I can get from my local dealer in Lenoir, NC. I’ll shop here and pay shipping anytime for this type of service. Keith went above and beyond to get a set of side lights shipped to me. After my dealer told me they couldn’t find them, they didn’t exist! Kinda wish y’all would open a forth store right here in Boone.
Would go there for all my rental needs
When we go out Jeeping, we never leave home without our Yeti cups and coolers! Hot stays hot, cold stays cold. At the end of the play day, whatever we don’t eat goes back in the fridge. Nothing is soggy or room temp. We are so glad we picked up our cooler and ice packs the first time we went to Bobcat. THANKS!
