I'm sure they are great people as far as people go and may be good as a dealer. But they kinda suck at getting their act together for loading equipment. I was to pick up a T870 skid loader this morning and it took an hour for them to just get it loaded and then I checked the serial number and it didn't match the paperwork cause they got the wrong machine. The guy showed me where the right machine was and then disappeared so I had to unload and reload the right machine myself.
Rick was my salesman and I think he did an excellent job. Like everyone, They are terribly busy, but he always made time to chat with me. About new equipment. Was always able get me pricing for the items I was looking for quickly.
