I loved how the whole dental process went. I didn't feel the shots and it was a smooth overall experience. It always hard getting work done and you guys made me feel relaxed and it was really nice. I absoultely don't fear the dentist anymore.

Your office displays a sign about your referal program and every mailer states you have one, but after four of our family members have started coming here, we have written down a referal name and nothing has been done to show them we are now patients at this office. I feel if you are going to advertise you have a referal program you need to follow through with it every time.

Would have like some type of music to listen to with earphones so I wouldn't have to listen to the dental equiment.

I thought I was to receive a review in writing of the dental requirements and payment options. Haven't received that (maybe due to checking on insurance coverage), but don't know for sure.
