The workmen who came to my house from this company were not friendly, they were particularly noncommunicative. I told them that I was told the price would be $160 which was what it had been in the past. . They had the history of my service on their computer. Terrible Experience – Bobcat Carpet & Fabric Care recently performed work at my building where I rent a unit. One day in particular I came home from work and their van was blocking my personal parking spot. I had to park on the street temporarily and ended up receiving a parking ticket. When I tried to communicate and resolve the situation with one of their managers, he was extremely rude and refused to accept any responsibility for the situation.
