Outstanding service and incredibly kind staff. Especially the Sales Manager, took time in the rain to chat with us about the equipment and was extra kind to my son who was a kid and had lots of extra questions.
Your staff drive like they want to have an accident.
I had a similar experience with this company as did the previous review. I am a genuine customer that was looking to buy an excavator, I was possibly looking at new (Spending 100k). The sales guy after talking to him several times and months apart, apparently doesn't need my business. A very sad way to run a business. I will be buying elsewhere. Even though I do love Bobcat products, STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION!
Horrible sales service. No returned calls by sales person or sales manager after multiple calls and leaving messages with reception.
