STAY AWAY!!!! Parents bought a new mower out of state. Moved to Florida and needed work done on the mower. Under warranty. I dropped mower off and had to sign a paper, to which I thought is was any work that may happen to be needed outside of the warranty. NOPE. I was charged $50.00 for them to work on a warranty item because I didn't purchase the mower from their store. $50.00 for a less than $10.00 part that was covered under warranty.
