Romona was tremendous help in assisting me to file an accident insurance claim. Dealing with the insurance company that covered the accident was a complicated process. Romona patiently guided me through the process. Due to complications in dealing with the insurance company recommendation was to file with my insurance, State Farm. From then on everything went smoothly thanks to Romona and the Bobby Williamson staff.

Shout out to Becky for helping me out! I called the office last month to cancel my auto policy but as you know when you bundle auto and home, the discount drops and home policy goes up. Home policy is also being canceled but not until February. Instead of just doing what I asked she assessed the situation and in the end saved me money! The only reason I switched insurance is of coarse is to save money and I went with a different company which is not in controll of the people who work there.
