I called today and spoke with the general manager. I asked a simple question about using a Groupon; apparently he was not interested in speaking to me because he tried to rush me off the phone. When I had another question he said, “listen babe, I am done beating a dead horse.” I was appalled by his unprofessional manner and the way he disrespected a faithful customer.
