Bobby and the Floor Sanders did an amazing job on our floors! They removed the old orange tones that clashed with our wood walls and brought out the natural beauty underneath. The space feels so much brighter and more open now! We also had 44 boards replaced due to damage from the previous owners dogs and the boards blend perfectly!
Rob and his team worked efficiently and quickly to get the job done before we moved in. He was prompt in his responses and available to handle any additional requests we had. Would work with them again in a heartbeat!
I had work done by Rob years ago and the proof is in the pudding. They showed up on time, finished on time and the work stood up. They sanded and treated my hardwood floors and I couldn’t keep up with the compliments. Made my 75 year old home look new again. And they didn’t miss a spot - closets and all. If you want it done right, call THEM!
Quoted estimate on floor work with no other option than satin finish. When stated preference for semi-gloss finish, they balked, & insisted that "satin is the most durable finish" and proceeded to insist that satin was the only way to go. Research indicated otherwise. It was a challenge to insist repeatedly that semi-gloss was preferred. Satin hides flaws, perhaps why B&TFSs insist on it, as floors were left with tiny bubbles on surface.
We have used Bobby and the Floor Sanders for decades. We have had refinishing and installations in the past and just recently used them to bring life back into heavily worn red oak kitchen floors. They, once again, did not disappoint! The results look amazing! Rob was very timely with the reasonable estimate and with starting the job. The workers were also great, very patient and professional and funny!! We, as always would highly recommend this company to friends and family.
