We had a great experience with Bobby and his crew. We had our floors and stairs sanded and refinished and we are thrilled with the results. Everyone was friendly and transparent about costs, repairs, expectations, and concerns with sanding and staining older and thinner hardwood floors. The entire process from quote to completion went smoothly and quickly. We are very happy with the results!
Our experience with Bobby and the Sanders was exceptional start to finish. Communication was great, team showed up on time and the job was done in the time frame promised. But it is the results that really gain the 5 Star rating. Our floors look gorgeous. Beyond our expectations. We had them sanded and finished - wound up going natural because the wood is so beautiful. We highly recommend!
Bobby and his crew did an awesome job refinishing my original hardwood floors. There was significant wear and tear and deep scratches from a dog that lived in the home previously but they now look brand new. He also made custom wooden floor registers that look amazing as opposed to reinstalling the original floor vents. Highly recommend!
From day one when Rob came for a quote to the last day when Eric and Johnny stopped by to poly one strip of hardwood that looked off, the whole job was done with great communication and care!!! The floors look great after sanding, cleaning and 3 coats of poly. They taped off areas from dust, turned off the a/c despite the high temps outside and cleaned up pretty well. Would highly recommend them!!!
Free estimate, great customer service from Rob and his team from start to finish, and high quality results. Quick and efficient without sacrificing integrity of their work. All are knowledgeable in types of wood and the products they use and are honest with what results will be. Reasonably priced- highly recommend. We can’t wait to have them back for our first floor…and we promise to have air conditioning for them when they’re back!!! they worked without complaints on the hottest days of the year without AC
