Founder, Bobby Salazar, was born into and has lived his life in the restaurant business. Sal eventually met his wife Eleanor who helped him grow the business. Then, when Bobby came along and was old enough (about gradeschool), he started working in the restaurant too and it really became a family business! There were many regulars that came to visit from all over the country. New recipes were constantly being created and serving people became a way of life. Great Bar – The bartenders are definately the best part of Bobby's in the tower. The outside deck is nice also and a good place to have a cold drink, a bite to eat and people watch. The dress code for later in the week evenings is slightly rediculous. There is a difference between gang bangers and locals who happen to have a red sweat shirt. But all in all its a good place to hang out and enjoy the good conversation and the variety of people who meander in and out of the bar.
Best Mexican Food in Fresno!! – Best Mexican food in the Tower District!!! Live atmosphere along with some yummy tacos and beer. It was a cool bar to chill out and eat. Try the Ricos Tacos there with some Spicy Beer, thats the best!!!
