So last Tuesday, my boyfriend took his truck to Bobby Ford in Richwood to have it looked at because the transmission was shifting hard when it was cold. They kept it all day, then when he picked it up they told him they couldn't find anything wrong with it. Today on our way to the deer lease, the transmission burned up. I'll NEVER trust Bobby Ford with any vehicle of mine! Thank you to our friends and the wonderful people at LaGrange Ford for taking care of us today!
Bobby Ford is a beautiful store with a great team of wonderful personnel . We bought our 2015 Ford Edge Titanium there with all the extra features at a very good price. The sales team were all wonderful and treated us very well. The store has just reopened from their new remodel. Very nice store with a great layout. 7 purchases later, never again! My daughters car was a danger, brand new, 9000 miles & transmission problems, they didn't care that it was jumping out of gear, ect, called gulf coast & sure enough national recall for the clutches in the transmission! Way to treat a loyal customer & their family!
The whole experience was just so- so, nothing really special. Saleman failed to go over all details of car ( simple stuff like how to switch from AM to FM on the radio or where the jack was (turned out to be missing but i had to discover that) or how to drop the spare). The finance lady (very good by the way) was the one that told me about the three free oil changes. They got paid and I got the vehicle I wanted - maybe the service department will be better?
